The project site is located in Baoding, Hebei Province, China, within Jiu Xing Farming Enterprise, a large-scale agricultural company integrating poultry farming, poultry slaughtering, poultry meat processing, and slaughter waste treatment.

The project has been running for more than one year, mainly processing slaughter waste generated by a broiler slaughtering plant. The slaughter waste is converted into high-value products such as animal protein, meat and bone meal, and animal fats and oils. While creating significant economic value for the customer, the project has also made a positive contribution to local environmental protection. In this article, we will introduce the overall situation of the project.

Customized Wet Rendering Solution

Sunrise combined with the actual situation of the enterprise and tailor-made a wet rendering solution for Jiu Xing Farming Enterprise. The solution can quickly process poultry slaughter waste, shorten processing time, and includes a sterilization stage during production to ensure operational safety.

The processed material can be converted into meat and bone meal and animal oil, realizing efficient resource recovery and reuse of slaughter waste. The resulting products have high market value and provide additional revenue streams for the customer.

Fully Automated Production Line

The whole set of equipment was manufactured by Sunrise and installed for the customer. The production line adopts full automation control, allowing one-key operation and real-time monitoring throughout the entire process. This ensures high production efficiency while reducing energy consumption and labor costs.

Low-Temperature Disc Dryer for Higher Efficiency

In order to process slaughter waste more efficiently, reduce production time, and improve finished product quality, this production line was equipped with a low-temperature disc dryer.

The low-temperature drying system reduces production time by approximately 35% compared with the original process and greatly increases the processing capacity of the production line. At the same time, low-temperature drying helps retain more nutrients in the meat and bone meal, resulting in higher product quality.

Durable Equipment and Intelligent Control

The entire equipment system is manufactured using 304 stainless steel, high-quality wear-resistant carbon steel, and hard alloy materials. This ensures excellent durability, high hardness, and outstanding corrosion resistance.

In addition, each machine is equipped with advanced PLC control sensors to achieve automated process control. This allows precise production management and real-time operational monitoring, significantly improving production efficiency and stability.
