Product Overview

Built For Materials That Destroy Ordinary Pumps.

Sealed Hygienic Transfer Pumps

These raw material transfer pumps utilize advanced positive displacement technology, operating on a unique principle that relies on precise blade movement to dynamically adjust the conveying chamber volume. During intake and discharge, materials remain sealed within the conveying chamber, effectively preventing direct contact with the external environment and ensuring hygienic quality. Additionally, the pipeline-based conveying method guarantees continuous and stable operation.

  • High-quality blades
  • Continuous and stable operation

Durable & Easy-Maintenance Pump

To overcome the challenges of conveying high-viscosity, highly abrasive biological materials, Jiangsu Sunrise constructs the blades and conveying chamber from high-strength, wear-resistant specialty alloys. This material exhibits excellent durability, significantly extending equipment service life while maintaining stable material morphology and uniform quality during transfer. Furthermore, the pump body is designed with maintenance convenience in mind—core components such as blades and conveying chamber can be easily replaced, substantially reducing the difficulty and cost of long-term maintenance.

  • Reduced maintenance costs
  • Easy-to-replace core components

Maintenance & Replacement

Designed To Be Serviced — Not Replaced.

Wear is engineered to occur in defined, replaceable components. The lamella blades and conveying chamber liner are modular, accessible, and field-replaceable — extending the working life of the pump while minimising downtime and total cost of ownership.

Modular Wear Parts

Wear is engineered to occur in defined, replaceable components. The lamella blades and conveying chamber liner are modular, accessible, and field-replaceable — extending the working life of the pump while minimising downtime and total cost of ownership.

  • Blade set replaceable in < 4 hours
  • Chamber liner replaceable in < 8 hours
  • No specialised tooling required
  • On-site replacement, no factory return
Lower Total Cost Of Ownership

Operators consistently report 30–45% lower lifetime maintenance cost compared to legacy progressive-cavity or rotor pumps on equivalent biological duties.

  • Reduced downtime per service event
  • Predictable wear-part budget
  • No external service contractor needed
  • Spare parts stocked and globally shipped
